Welcome to Licence Pass Driving School. By booking a lesson or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Booking Lessons
* Lessons must be booked in advance and are subject to instructor availability.
* Students must provide accurate contact details when making a booking.
* Lesson times will be confirmed by Licence Pass Driving School.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
* Please provide reasonable notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a lesson.
* Late cancellations or missed lessons may be subject to charges.
Driving Lessons
* Students must hold a valid NSW learner licence or appropriate driving authority before commencing lessons.
* Students are responsible for following instructor directions and practising safe driving behaviour.
* Lesson progress may vary depending on each learner’s experience, confidence, and ability.
Driving Test Preparation
* Licence Pass Driving School provides training and guidance to help students prepare for their driving test.
* Passing a driving test cannot be guaranteed, as the final decision is made by the NSW driving test examiner.
Payments
* Lesson fees must be paid according to the agreed payment arrangements.
* Prices and packages may be changed from time to time.
Safety
* Our instructors prioritise the safety of students, passengers, and other road users.
* Lessons may be stopped or adjusted if safety concerns arise.
Changes to Terms
Licence Pass Driving School reserves the right to update these terms and conditions when necessary.
